Located on Highway 3 just outside of Mooresville, Coddle Creek A.R.P. Church is probably the oldest Associated Reformed Presbyterian Church in existence. Organized in about 1753, it is situated on land believed to have been a grant from the King of England. The present church building was erected in 1884 and is the third building used by this congregation.
